Afternoon everyone, I'm still in Nebraska. Atleast the weather has started to warm up and the sun shine. I've got up to a week and a half left here before I head home to pack for turkey huntin. Ill be in Oklahoma the first week of April. As well I will be spending time with all 3 of my kids for spring break. I've had a couple calls for work following my Oklahoma hunt. Not sure where I will end up next. For those that haven't seen it yet, kkeep an eye on the website for a sample of the new camo pattern from Mossy Oak. Its called Mossy Oak Break Up Infinity. Should be out for release by late summer early fall.

Good evening everyone, I hope you had an enjoyable and productive weekend. I had to work yesterday but did have today off. The weather was nice , enough that I had a chance to BBQ today. Spent some time at a local gun show, looking and visiting. Everybody, have a good week, enjoy it, spring is upon us.

Good evening everybody, thought I better update. Things are goin good here in Nebraska work wise. The weather can't make its mind up. Yesterday it was sunny and 65 , today it is 28 and snowing. I can't wait for spring to finally arrive. I'm hearing of and getting a lot of reports from down south on success with spring turkey season so far. Congrats to those that have already bagged a bird. For those that haven't, keep your chin up. I'm right there with yahh. I to can't wait for my first hunt the beginning of April. Thunder chicken season, and the fever is upon us.

Good evening to all, just a short and quick update. I made it in to Hastings alright. We had a minor set back on the trip up. My friend Tony had mechanical problems and we ended up changing his altenator in route. We made it here on time and started work yesterday morning. Looks like Ill be here till the first week of April. Then its home for visitation with my oldest daughter and a spring turkey hunt in Oklahoma.

So goes the weekend , I hope everybody made the best of it and enjoyed the time with family and friends . I am off to work in Hastings , Nebraska . Ill be working there until I return home for visitation with my oldest daughter over Spring Break . Followed by spring turkey season and several hunts located in Oklahoma early in the month of April . Im still working on plans for hunts later in the season in Nebraska and South Dakota possibly in May . All of which will be posted as available . For those of you down south whose season has already opened , good luck to you . I will be available via email / cell if needed .

Another week has come and gone . I am preparing to head off to work for next week . I will be working up around Hastings , Nebraska . Im not sure how long I will be there . They have several months of work available , I will have to adjust my spring turkey hunts around a work schedule .
I am rounding up the camo gear I am giving to the disabled youth for our upcoming spring youth turkey hunt . We willbe meeting him and his family tomorow and I will pass on the camo to him then . Ive got a nice little care package together for him .
Keep an eye on the website for some new upcoming changes . Should be working on it over the weekend .
For those of you watching the clock ( calandar ) , spring is here and turkey season is not far off . Dont forget , time changes this weekend .

the sun is setting and the darkness of the shadows is upon us .
As I write , I am preparing for my meeting this evening with a local politician who is running for congress . He would like to meet me in person , discuss a possible public address to my friends , as well as discuss our 2nd amendment rights .
Now Im not a very political person , however I do know first hand of the sacrifices made by those before me and the sacrifices still being made to ensure our freedom . As well , the great lengths our leaders have faced in the past and continue to today .
Ill post more as to how the meeting goes . Im just curious what sort of opinion our political friend will have of me and my friends , after I accept his invitation into his home and he meets the gun toating redneck who drives a four wheel drive , makes his own shine , and is very open with 'his' opinion .

I hope you all are doin better than me . I have been feeling under the weather lately due to the temp changes and unstable weather . Hopefully Ill get the bug out of me soon .
I started loading my truck yesterday . I am heading to Nebraska for work begining next Monday . Not sure on how long it will last , however I do know I am going to have to work around my spring turkey hunts .
I received a call from Mike Wardell yesterday evening . I will be meeting with him tonite to discuss a few local events and his participation . Ill keep you all posted on upcoming events .

Good morning to all , I hope your day is filled with as much sunshine as mine has been so far . A nice start to the week . Ive had several productive phone conversations already today in regards to a videographer and editor for some of my upcoming hunts .
I need help ... anybody have a 'Politics for Dummies' book ?????
Im not a very political person . Over the course of the weekend I have been contacted by a local politician ( Michael Wardell ) who is currently running for Congress . The man seems to be sincere ( Fomer Marine , retired , disabled vet ), strong supporter of our Second Amendment right , as well as concerned over the budget , national security , health care and education , amongst others .

Good morning to everyone ,
I hope the weekend has treated you all fairly and you have made good use of it . I spent Friday evening as well as Saturday working in the booth for Mossy Oak at the FLW tour stop in Branson , Missouri . It was a great event with plenty of family oriented displays and interaction for the kids . I in fact had my son with me on Saturday for the day , as my family did visit on Friday evening for several hours . I would like to 'thank' everybody for stopping at the booth and visiting . I always enjoy the chance to meet with new people and the friendships that arise . Swapping stories is always nice as well . I encourage all , fisherman or not , to take a look at the FLW website ( WWW.FLWOUTDOORS.COM ) . They have alot of good outdoors info for the whole family , not just about fishing .
I'm not sure at this point when nor where my next event will be . However , as I find out info I will update the site and post on here .
At this time , plans are still being worked out for spring turkey season . The fall big game plans have already begun as well . I will have alot to share with you all as the year progresses .

Good evening, as I write this I am working the Mossy Oak booth in Branson at the FLW tournament event. I have been busy making plans for some fair chase big game hunting this fall. With a little luck Ill have all plans made within a few weeks and info will be available on the site. As of now it is shaping up to be an eventful fall season. Hunting will take place in Washington , Colorado , Oklahoma , and of course Missouri. All fair chase , all with a recurve. Keep an eye out for more updates as I get things lined out. Good evening everybody. Sorry for the late post, I have been busy the last few days working out details for several big game hunts out west this coming fall. If all goes well I will be doing an elk hunt and either a blacktail deer hunt or a mule deer in Washington state . Still working out details and have many possibilities between now and then . I will be in Springfield tomorow evening briefly at Reliable Chevrolet for the Pro Event in preperation for the FLW Tour on Table Rock Lake this week . Hope everybody had a nice weekend . I spent several hours on Saturday with my son at a Hunting/Fishing Expo . Was nice to make some new friends and meet others in the industry locally . I got my final draft submitted for Heartland Hunters , as well as spent some time talking with a few guides about fall big game hunts . I have been discussing employment with several guides as well . I have been working out details and will post info as I get it .
