Headway is being made for Team ' Missouri Safari ' as I am working on picking up staffers , locking in sponsors , and arranging upcoming hunts for spring season. I first have to apologize for the post’s being few and far between lately. I have been busy with working 12 hour days as well as consuming spare time with making plans for the upcoming spring season. I have a lot of events planned including expos , banquets , hunts , etc. A lot to do with the NWTF considering spring turkey season is fast approaching.

With work the way it has been , I don’t know where the month of January went.

I hope everyone had a wonderful and enjoyable weekend. Tomorrow brings upon us a new week to pursue our favorite game of choice as well as plan for our next great hunt. As well, venture upon a thing called ‘life’ , in pursuit of happiness for ourselves and our families. Let’s not forget about those who gave some, and those who gave all, so we as American’s can enjoy our freedom and security we so often overlook.

We got a break in work today so its allowing me a chance to catch up on some things already in the works. Trying to get confirmation on a couple spring turkey hunts as well as a few big game hunts for fall.

I talked with an embroidery shop this morning about details for the new hats and some screen printing for some shirts. There gonna look awesome for the ‘Team’ of Missouri Safari. Ill post info as we make progress to getting the new website up as well as build on the team and sponsors.

Woohoo , back to work. I started back to work yesterday (Friday). Been busy workin days now got a break tomorrow and start back Monday.

Hope those that can are in the woods this weekend. A lot of seasons close this weekend across the country.

Im workin on details for an antelope hunt this fall. Cant wait for that.

Hopin for the best for everybody and lookin forward to see’in some of you in Nashville for the NWTF convention next month. Look for me in the Mossy Oak booth/area , as well as the Commando booth. Ill be at the convention Fri/Sat/Sun.

Chilly start to the day here in Houston. The weather is calling for warmer temps come the weekend. Be safe, stay warm, and enjoy the upcoming weekend.

Still no word on work, were on stand-by still for a couple days before returning. Hoping for Monday at the latest.

Making plans to possibly head north Saturday. I have a friend riding that day in a barrel race. If that doesn’t work, may take a road trip over to Baton Rouge to see Colt Ford in concert.

     I finally find some time to write. Ive got a short break in work with a temporary layoff. We’ve got a few days of break as the plant plans for a critical lift and to bring down an adjoining unit. Ill be off work for a couple days before we get back at it.

     I hope all my friends in the midwest are doin well with the current storm. My wife tell’s me we have snow fallin’ at the house. Ive still got a lot of friends in the woods chasin deer before the end of season. Good luck and congrats to those that can still be out. My buddy Terry Huffman got a nice one in the state of Ohio.      Im talking with several suppliers about shirts and hats for Missouri Safari. As I get merchandise ordered and available, Ill be sure to post and make available. As usual, Staffers and Co-host’s come first before items are made available.

Hey Folks , Just a short note for an update ,

     Im doin good here in Texas , been busy with a lot of training. start workin tomorrow. Were actually going to get into the refinery and onto the unit. Looks like about 3 weeks worth of work. Ive been working on getting some shirts , hats , and decals ordered for the new website and ‘Team’ Missouri Safari . Ill post pic’s as I start getting them in. Im looking forward to a long and lasting relationship with North American Safari and planning a lot of new and exciting things for the upcoming year. Working on some nice sponsors and planning hunts for 2011 for good video footage across the country.
