For all those in the path of Hurricane Irma, be safe and heed the warnings. We are staying put in Florida, it appears we will take another direct hit as we did in '04 with Charlie, and like we did 25 years ago with Andrew. Updates being posted on the Facebook page.  This is a catastrophic storm, twice the size that Andrew was. Be safe, prepare for the worst,... wishing all the best.

   I've been busy working on some details on lease properties in West Virginia and North Florida. Would open up some big game hunting opportunities for Deer, Bear, Hogs, and turkey too.

Summer is here and time is passing. Soon the Fall Season will be upon us. Less than 90 days before the start to Washington archery elk season. Plans are being made for a trip to the great north west. 
Archery Elk, Blacktail Deer, Cougar,  Black bear ... all in season at the same time.

     Work continues on the new ROKU Channel , Spur Chaser TV. Airtime sales and promoting will begin in the near future. Spur Chaser TV is the newest addition to the ROKU Lineup in regards to Outdoor venues. We will be offering airtime slots to those interested in growing there demographics as well as just wanting to share there personal ventures.  Welcome to the weekend. We have some incoming inclement weather in the South over the next 24 - 48 hours , with a cold front pushing through later in the week. I have 'Little Man' lined out on a Whitetail / Hog Hunt in Central Florida next weekend. Should prove to be a good time as he will be hunting Saturday / Sunday. Looking forward to doing a little night hog hunting under the lights. Ill be posting updates and pictures as available.

Me and Little Man spent some time out in the woods this morning doing a little scouting for some upcoming hunts.

I've had quite a few people ask me 'What's next' 'What's the difference in Season 2' ...
   Well, quite a bit ...
     For starters, you will most likely see a familiar face or two here and there, and a couple new ones. Mainly, my son ... as he is getting more involved in the Outdoors. 
     Next, Sponsors ... or the lack there of. Granted, we have to pay the bills, but it is our show and our lives. Doing what we do, how we do it and enjoy. 
     We've got a few other surprises for you. Some to be revealed as time progresses and airtime nears. Some you'll just have to wait and see.

FWC celebrates 75 years of wildlife management area conservation success 
   In 2017, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) is commemorating the 75^th anniversary of the wildlife management area system, one of the state’s greatest natural treasures. The FWC oversees this statewide network of remote and scenic lands, managing them for conservation and recreation.
   WMAs provide many recreational opportunities including paddling, fishing, hiking, biking, horseback riding, photography, wildlife viewing, and target shooting at areas with a public shooting range. They also offer a wide range of hunting opportunities including special hunts for families and people with disabilities.

   I caught this little piggy rooting around yesterday evening early after work. The cooler Temps we're experiencing have the animals moving more during daylight hours. This will most likely turnaround later this week as the Temps rise and the Full Moon approaches.
