We made it to Friday, now to finish the work week and embark on the weekend.

Details are slowly coming together on the Sponsorship relationship with the #9 ARCA Series Truck of Josh White Racing.

Don’t forget, … I begin my travels tomorrow for my Spring Hunting trip. Updates may be a bit scattered since I will be bouncing around the country. I will do my best though, hopefully be able to share some good harvest pic’s.

I have been busy with sorting/loading gear for the upcoming trip. I depart Saturday morning for a 3 state hunting adventure. I will be pursuing a variety of game animals while I am gone, as well as hunting with a variety of styles/weapons.

My new weapon of choice for the trip … My Mathews CREED …

I am spending the day setting the new Optimizer sight, as well as getting in tune with the feel of it. Making some minor modifications as I go.

I am teaming up with race car driver Josh White of Josh White Racing.

Be looking for more details to be announced as everything is worked out. I know one thing for sure, the Spur Chaser logo is going to look REAL good on the ARCA Series truck. NASCAR has always been a venue I have wanted to pursue. Think big, start small. Together we are looking forward to what the future holds.

     Enjoy and be safe as the weather takes a turn for the better here in Illinois.
I have been working on some details for my upcoming travels. Over the course of the next couple weeks I will be hunting Missouri , Oklahoma and Texas. Keep an eye out for updates as the trip progresses.

Sorry for the delay in post's, we have been in Eastern Tennessee hunting. Me and 'Little Man' were unsuccessful on our hunt, however, Adam and his nephew were able to put down a single bird on the last morning. 'Congrats' to them.
A new week has begun as its time to get back in the swing of things. My next trip doesn't begin for a couple weeks as I head south. I will be hunting turkey, hogs, predators in several states.

I hope your day is going well. I have been busy sorting gear and loading the trailer. Me and my son as well as Adam and his nephew are off to Tennessee tomorrow. We will be on a Youth hunt with the boys starting Friday. Sure to be a good time with many memories made. Adam and myself are extremely anxious as we try to get each of the boys there first Turkey.
We are hoping for better weather as the temp has dropped and the rain moved in here in Illinois. The weather forecast for Tennessee is wet weather on Friday, the first day of our hunt. Regardless, I am sure we will have a good time.
We will be hunting Eastern Tennessee and making a stop or two at the Bass Pro Shops located just outside of Knoxville.

Welcome to the new week. I hope everyone had an enjoyable weekend and your all looking forward to the new week ahead.
I had a good time at the Wisconsin Whitetail and Turkey Expo. Made a few new friends and seen a lot of great products. I spent some time hanging out with friends Willie and Laura in the Bear Scents Booth. I 'Thank' them for inviting me up to visit. They have a New product line as well. It is an aerosol delivery scent. Available for Whitetail / Bear.
One product of which stuck out the most in my mind is the New Viscerator. It is a Field Dressing tool made by FieldTorq Knives. I urge you all to take a look at there website and review the product. I acquired one for my use and am looking forward to putting it to the test.
I was fortunate enough to Win a raffle at the Wisconsin Waterfowl Association Banquet that evening. It was by far one of the best Banquets I have attended. The Twin Rivers Chapter did an excellent job. From the general appearance, the auctions/raffles, to the food served. There were close to 300 people in attendance. I spoke with several of the Chair Members about there efforts. One thing that stuck out and I remember the most, is that they strive to offer 1 gun for raffle per every 10 people in attendance. Those are pretty good odds my friends. I am already making plans to attend again next year.
NASCAR, who watched the race yesterday??... Jimmie Johnson took the WIN in Martinsville. It was a good race, surprisingly uneventful for the most part.

This is a busy one to say the least. Today is opening day of Youth Turkey Season in Missouri, 'Good Luck' to all those taking to the woods. Keep our youth involved in the outdoors and off the streets. They grow up with better morals.
I will be spending much of the day in Madison , Wisconsin today at the Whitetail and Turkey Expo. Be sure to stop in and say 'Hello' if your in the area. I will be hanging around the Bear Scents booth.
Tonight I will be at the Wisconsin Waterfowl Association Banquet. Be a good event with plenty of giveaways and raffles. Not to mention some good eats.

Welcome to Tuesdsay .... I am planning on making a trip to our local bow shop today. Need to look at some new gear for this coming fall season. Also working out details for the Wisconsin Whitetail and Turkey Expo this weekend. I will be attending on Saturday. The event is located in the Madison, Wisconsin Area. If you get a chance and are looking for something to do, be sure to stop in and visit. I will be helping out in the Bear Scents Booth, as well as working the floor.
On the business side, I would like to welcome Team No Prisoners on board as another fine outfit I will be hunting with.
We are working out details now for a couple hunts together later this year. Be looking for updates as the Spur Chaser Crew and Team No Prisoner's Staff , gear up and hit the woods together.
