I was down sick for a couple days but did manage to get out in the woods yesterday afternoon. Seen 1 doe and 1 good shooter buck. He was just out of range and over my left shoulder. was still nice to see him. Maybe next time …

I wanted to say ‘Congrats’ to My Uncle this morning for his first kill of the season. He was hunting the woods of Illinois when this pesky rascal stepped in at 30 yards. Tony dropped a pin on him and let the arrow fly.

I hope everyone had a good weekend, and has great expectations for the week ahead.

There is a lot going on in the woods, as the deer are starting to chase and get in the Pre Rut mode across the Midwest.

A lot of youth hunting seasons going on, as well as some muzzleloader seasons already open.

Spring Turkey Hunt Dates set for the B3 Hunt Camp …

4/26 – 4/28 and 5/3 – 5/5, 2013.

These are Fair Chase Hunts located on the B3 property in Atoka, Oklahoma.

3 Day Hunts, price is set at $450, limited amount of hunts available. Non resident tags are over the counter ($176 License / $10 Tag). Atoka County has  a 1 Bird limit.

Good morning all and ‘Welcome’ to Tuesday,

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and a good start to the week. I have been busy working on a couple new business ventures for Spur Chaser, as well as tending to some Marketing business for N2.

We celebrated my oldest daughters 10th Birthday on Sunday. Took her over yesterday to Black Widow Bows in Nixa, Missouri to meet Bow Great,  Mr. Roger Fulton himself at the Black Widow shop.

Of course we picked her up a new bow while we were there …

She has been asking for one for awhile. Her and her brother have been sharing his. Now we can all shoot together in the yard for a little friendly competition.

Hey all, It’s the weekend ….

Fall is definitely upon us. The weather has takin’ a turn on the cooler side. The Full Moon has passed and the deer are on the move. Whitetail season has kicked off across the country for the most part, and the deer are starting to get into a pre-rut phase.

Ive been hunting the B3 Hunt Camp over in Oklahoma the last few days for the opener there. Seen a lot of deer and a lot of movement. Had to pass on a few GOOD shooters due to the lack of camera light. But still got a good show with a couple bucks locking up and scrapping. Ive had some buddies tell me that the deer have already started chasing here in Missouri.

Im looking forward to hitting the woods here in Missouri soon after an archery whitetail.

Ive got plans to head back west to Oklahoma the end of the month for there muzzleloader season.
