Latest info shows the storm falling short of landfall in Florida, possibly skirting the east coast. Big relief for us as a direct hit and landfall in the state could be disastrous. 
Good luck to all those already in the woods this season. We are patiently waiting for our chance.

  Days pass and we all grow older, wiser, more experienced … we learn as we go. Such is life.

I hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July weekend and celebration.
Mid summer blues have set in for some as far as hunting goes. Now is the time to be doing some early scouting, working on food plot preparations, practicing your shooting skills (rifle or bow) … you get the point. Don't let summer get you down and make you slack. Keep your edge in preparation for a successful Fall.
