'Happy Birthday' to meee . Good morning everyone . I would like to 'thank' everyone fr the birthday wishes that started coming in as early as yesterday afternoon . I have enjoyed the week at home with family and friends . Been busy packing and sorting through gear for my upcoming fall hunting season . Reports of any success this far out west are little . Been dealing with dry / hot weather . Not alot of movement from the animals yet . I hope everybody is ready , and preparing for opening day . It is fast approaching across the country . Good evening , I hope your all enjoying your weekend . I had a good time today at Cabelas . Met alot of good people and really enjoyed myself . Now it is time to enjoy the rest of the weekend with my family . We are heading back to Missouri the begining of next week . Were expecting company from old friends driving in from Tennessee . It will be good to enjoy some time at home with friends and family . Ill be busy with packing for fall hunting season in Washington , as well as going through new hunting gear . I will be at Weaubleau Creek Outfitters in Flemington , Missouri one day visiting . www.weaubleaucreekoutfitters.com .

As well , archery deer will be opening in states across the west as well . Along with arhery elk . For those getting to hunt early on , good luck . Let me know of your success's . I am working the Cabelas store in Hammond , Indiana tomorrow (21st) then getting ready to load my gear for fall hunting season . For those interested , dont forget about the Fall Hunting Classic at Bass Pro's across the country , starting this Friday ( August 6th ) . The event runs for 3 weeks with alot going on at each individual store . Contact your nearest Bass Pro to learn more , or look them up at www.basspro.com . If anybody is going to be in the area , I will be at the Bollingbrook , Illinois store on Friday the 6th , and Portage , Indiana on Saturday the 7th . Future dates and locations coming soon .
