Good Sunday morning to everyone , I hope you are all making the best of your weekend . I hunted yesterday morning for a bit . Mainly did some scouting with my son on foot . We brought my Gorilla climber and blind out of the woods . We did find some fresh rubs and a new scrape . We hunted this morning but only for a couple hours . Had to cut the hunt short for church . Haven't been seeing to much movement during daylight hours . Only heard 3 gun shots in the distance today . Our gun season ends here in Missouri on Tuesday . The rut is pretty much in full swing here by the sign . Good luck to those either still in the woods or those taking to the woods . I'm working on a new article for www.heartlandhunters.com . It should be in the January newsletter . Also look for updates about my contract talks .
